Important Information for Speakers:

All invited speakers must fill out the disclosure form and submit an objective before speaking.

2. Objective – all speakers must submit an “objective” prior to the seminar. This objective will be sent to the DHSI seminar mailing list. The OCME issues the following statement about Objectives: “Purpose or objectives of the activity express learning outcomes in terms of physician performance or patient health (i.e. in behavioral terms), and are communicated clearly and consistently to the learner”.
