Dr. Salim Saiyed, MD has joined UPMC Pinnacle as System Vice President, Chief Medical Informatics Officer. Salim will work across 9 Hospital, 100+ Clinics & 2,900 Physician system on a diverse set of medical staff needs like governance, physician burnout, optimization prioritization, CIN and population health, telehealth and predictive analytics.
Salim also recently obtained his board certification in Clinical Informatics and will be co-teaching the Leading Change in Health IT course.
