We've launched a new user group for the BIDS Precision Medicine Analytics Platform (PMAP) data scientists. If you are involved with observational research and use PMAP (or want to learn more about it), this user group is for you. We share experiences and best practices.
The goals of this User Group are:
- Provide access to data scientist experts and Epic SMEs
- Facilitate networking among JH resources who analyze data
- Provide environment for code sharing, documentation, best practices
- Improve collaboration across SOM, APL, WSE, and SPH teams
- Attempt to standardize on analytic tools and methods for analyzing complex data structures
- Identify training resources and opportunities to maximize use of PMAP
